The Sacramento Room at the Sacramento Public Library’s Central Branch contains a rich trove of historical restaurant menus, alongside many special collections and archives that cover more than 150 years of Sacramento’s history. Historian and archivist James Scott has been working as a reference librarian at the Sacramento Room since 2000.
